Worsted system

1、 Woolen system products include: woolen cloth, blanket, carpet, industrial cloth

Primary processing of wool → blending oiling → carding → spinning.

(1) The primary processing function of wool: to distinguish different quality of raw wool, then use a series of mechanical chemical methods to remove various impurities in the raw wool.

(2) wool, oil role: reduce friction, prevent static electricity.

(3) Carding function: thoroughly comb loosen the mixture; fully mix all kinds of fibers in the mixture; remove grass impurities, dead hairs coarse hard fibers; gradually straighten parallel the fibers; make the wool net into roving.

(4) Spinning function: spinning roving into yarn with certain strength, certain weight certain quality requirements.

2、 The products of worsted system include: worsted fabric, wool (including knitted yarn), plush

Sliver making (mixing, oiling → carding → 1-3 cross carding machine → straight comber → striped cylinder carding machine → re washing machine → non striped carding machine) → front spinning (blending machine → 4-5-striped needle plate roving machine → needle wheel ( leather ring) roving machine → rear spinning (ring spinning machine → winding machine → doubling machine → twisting machine)

Main technological process: ① sliver making ( raw material to sliver); ② front spinning ( sliver to roving); ③ rear spinning ( roving to composite yarn).

Weaving system

(1) Three primary organizations: plain, twill satin.

(2) Change organization: Based on the original organization, change to obtain various organizations.

(3) Joint organization: a new organization formed by combining two more organizations in different ways.

(4) Complex organization: at least one of the complex warp weft yarns is composed of two more systems.

It is suggested to continue to implement the national policies measures for small medium-sized enterprises, pay attention to the difficulties faced by small medium-sized enterprises at any time, timely solve the problems for small medium-sized enterprises, improve the competitiveness of small medium-sized enterprises.
